FIREFLYs 'Serenity' is finally ready ...

Friends had me talk about this project for quite some time and I'm happy to present the final result now. As usual, I made the prototype for a special person as a birthday gift.

The Serenity is made as a 2D version in crystal clear acrylic. Its base is a mix of clear acrylic with rings of plywood for a slightly rustic look. The lamp is illuminated by a LED spot light source sitting inside its base. But see for yourself:
